Building on a relevant evaluation tool, such as Insights® Discovery, MBTI, AssessFirst or PI®, each team member required to work as a team, sharpens his/her awareness of individual preferences and areas of complementarity within the team, as well as what sets them apart. A team profile can be generated to highlight the team’s assets and possible limitations.


Practicing and working during a teambuilding session on the team’s strengths, shortcomings and challenges provides a valuable shared experience and fosters a common understanding to:

  • Enhance team collaboration and impact across the organization
  • Develop synergies among team members
  • Facilitate mutual respect and value each other’s differences
